Volunteering on YWAM’s Medical Ship is an unique opportunity where you can make a real difference for the broken and isolated people on the islands of Papua New Guinea. We partner with local health care providers to provide quality training and medical care to have a long term impact.

We need volunteers of all skill levels and backgrounds with positions for medical and marine professionals, photographers, videographers, cooks, housekeepers and general volunteers. The Medical Ship is made up of all generations and multiple nationalities from all over the world. Typical outreaches span two weeks to three months.
