About Us
YWAM Medical Ships Norway is a ministry of Youth With A Mission Norway. We are part of the worldwide, interdenominational missions movement Youth With A Mission (YWAM) which was founded in 1960 and is now established in 180 countries. YWAM is decentralised in structure; each centre is financially and legally autonomous, allowing locations to adapt and serve the specific needs of the local community.
“We deliver healthcare, community development and training to people living in isolated areas of Papua New Guinea (PNG). We work alongside PNG’s National Department of Health to make hope a reality for those in need.”
